From surf parks and water parks to adventure centers, mountain resorts and attractions, Hakaway brings infrastructure, operational systems, vendors and ongoing technology operations together under one strategy.
We understand that in leisure, technology is not back-office infrastructure. When ticketing, access, POS or connectivity fails, the guest experience stops with it.
Leisure venues combine high guest volumes, complex physical environments and multiple operational systems that have to work together in real time. Hakaway brings the operational discipline developed in hospitality into leisure and attractions.
Not tied to a single manufacturer or integrator. We run structured, competitive multi-vendor RFPs so every recommendation is based on technical fit and value.
We treat the physical technology backbone and the software that runs the venue as one ecosystem — ticketing, access, POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, ERP and BI.
Our involvement doesn't have to end at opening. The same team supports scoping, procurement, deployment, opening, stabilization and ongoing operations.
ITelier provides day-to-day IT operations while CIOaaS provides strategic technology leadership at ownership level.

Hakaway is designing the information-system landscape for Gemswell InfraSports, the Madrid-based operator behind Madrid Surf Park and its planned future surf-park portfolio.
A multi-site leisure operator needs systems that work for the first venue and provide a repeatable foundation for the venues that follow. Hakaway is supporting Gemswell InfraSports in designing that operating platform.
The engagement covers the operating company's information-system design, establishing how the core applications and information flows should support both central management and park operations. The scope includes ticketing and booking, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and product information management.
These platforms must work together as an operating ecosystem. The design therefore considers the connections between customer journeys, products, transactions, operational processes and management information, while keeping future expansion in view.
Hakaway also represents the owner through the full request-for-proposal process, translating the target operating model into structured requirements and supporting supplier evaluation. The assignment continues into deployment management, coordinating delivery and maintaining visibility across systems and vendors.
The aim is a scalable information-system foundation: one that supports Madrid Surf Park and can be developed further as Gemswell InfraSports expands its surf-park portfolio.

Guests don't come to a leisure venue for its network, ticketing platform or POS infrastructure. But every part of their experience depends on those systems working.
Hakaway helps owners and operators make the right technology decisions from the beginning, deliver them correctly and keep them performing once the venue opens.
Whether you're planning a new venue, expanding to another location, reviewing an existing technology environment or looking for ongoing IT and CIO-level support, we can join at any stage.
